| The District, as part of the Water Quality Improvement Fund Grant, has developed this guide for Rappahannock County for the implementation of the County's Stormwater Ordinance on sites with County approved "in lieu" agreements. Under "in lieu" agreements, the landowner is responsible for selecting appropriate practices for their site. The Guide can be used by the County's building department and interested landowners. | |
